The PONO logo is taken from one of the bark cloth designs we found while doing Kapa research at the Bishop Museum Archives. For this design, we’ve flipped our logo onto itself and printed it in gold and black. The colors reference the dark underbelly of Western imperialism and how Hawaiians have triumphed at keeping their golden spirit alive through all the injustices they have endured over the past 200 years.

This product is made to order. Allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. We only use premium 100% cotton and tai-blend fabrics for our shirts. Only eco-friendly water based inks are used for our silkscreen.

Every effort has been made to accurately portray the colors of the is garment and its blend, however, individual monitor settings and variations in production may cause some discrepancies.

As the garment is handprinted, there may be natural variations, which are characteristic of the screen printing process. These variations add to the uniqueness of each PONO product.
